raw: an exhibition of work by MCBA’s Artist Cooperative
Stop in to see the show now up at MCBA! You are also cordially invited to attend the opening reception January 10th, 2019 (also at MCBA). With this show, I’m joining my fellow co-op members with three marbled paper pieces. They are each named for a Lithuanian deity: Jūratė (a sea goddess), Aušrinė (a goddess of the morning star) and Laima (a goddess of fate and childbirth) in honor of both my Lithuanian heritage and the mysterious forces at work when marbling.
